Toning Up For The Summer
A great way to tone up for the summer is to jump rope. It’s a way to lose weight and tone your body. When you jump rope you can burn up to 700 calories an hour. The faster you jump rope, the more calories you burn. But don’t try to go really fast when you are a beginner. Just start off slow and build your way up to jumping faster.This will definitely change the scale. Also when you jump rope it doesn’t just tone one part of your body, it tones the whole body.
To motivate you, put your favorite cd in and try jumping to that. I personally like to put on my Rihanna Cd when I’m trying to get into shape. Start off just by going as long as you can. Then build your way up to an hour a day. After doing this fun exercise everyday for a month you will definitely see a change in your body.
